Job Description Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a " Global Project Manager- Personalized Healthcare Solutions” based out of Tucson, AZ (Hybrid). Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $57/hr - $62/hr on W2 DOE Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Duration: Long term contract (Possibility of further extension) As part of the Project Management Chapter, the Global Project Manager (GPM) plays a key role in optimized product delivery and is accountable for all project management aspects of various projects from simple to complex in nature. Drives the project/product from the original concept through completion by developing and directing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, spending, resource plans, and status reports. As a trusted advisor, the Global Project Manager translates and drives projects into products and enables the organization to use energy and time effectively and efficiently while quickly responding to changing business needs across the portfolio. Primary Responsibilities: Own end-to-end project/program/product planning for CDx development and product care, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and communications Develop, maintain, and drive integrated project plans with dependencies, capacity, and financial controls Ensure high-quality project execution through robust planning, risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario modeling Lead and execute project management governance activities (milestone reviews, capacity reviews, QCRs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives Select and apply appropriate project methodologies, including Agile and hybrid Agile models; coach teams on best practices Define, track, and report KPIs, OKRs, OBPs, and standard metrics to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes Act as a trusted advisor providing a holistic, 360° view of project health, risks, and value delivery Serve as the single point of control for consolidated project and program data across functions Lead project team meetings and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and sub-chapters Identify risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and delays; proactively propose mitigation strategies and recovery plans Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Life Sciences field. 4 years of experience in project management / engineering/ business in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry leading product development and product care projects.
