Key Responsibilities: • Design, draft, and review structured rubrics to train AI models on employee travel and cross-border movement scenarios. • Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment and evaluation. • Collaborate with HR, security, and communications stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity planning. • Develop and maintain expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response. • Analyze and evaluate data to inform business decisions and drive business continuity planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven expertise in global mobility management, with experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and workflows. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and geographies. • Experience in crisis management and incident response, with a strong understanding of business continuity planning. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
