Your role in this mission: We’re looking for a Global Mobility Specialist (Assignments) who brings strong technical Global Mobility expertise and enjoys translating complex rules into scalable, system-ready logic – balancing accuracy and pragmatism in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. 🎯 What you will do Translate Compliance into Platform Logic: Convert complex legal requirements (tax, social security, labor law) for cross-border working scenarios into structured logic, clear decision trees, and system-ready workflows. Own the Compliance Framework: Research international compliance regulations deeply, take full ownership of the findings, and solve complex regulatory challenges independently. Process Design & Operational Support: Create and document standardized, compliant workflows and provide expert-level support to our Operations (OPS) team. Customer-Facing Expert (Sales to Success): Conduct compliance deep dives with clients during the Sales, After-Sales, and Customer Support/Success phases to explain our solutions and build trust. Scale a Platform Solution: Bridge the gap between bulletproof compliance accuracy and scalable automation, keeping in mind that we deliver a powerful platform solution, not traditional individual consulting. ⭐ What you need to succeed Passion for Compliance: You genuinely love digging into regulations, analyzing international frameworks, and bringing compliance to life for our clients and internal teams. Research & Ownership Mindset: A strong drive to deeply research topics, take full ownership of a problem, and stay on top of it until it is solved. Platform & Automation Focus: You understand that we are a tech-driven platform solution—you look at compliance through the lens of scalability and automation, balancing accuracy with pragmatism. Experience: 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, International Tax/Social Security, or Corporate Compliance. Global Mobility inhouse experience is a plus. Communication & Languages: Excellent consulting and communication skills; fluency in both German and English is a must.
