Think: founder of a company inside a company. 🎯 What you will do Own the full P&L and strategy for the Assignment Module — including pricing, growth, margin, and roadmap. Lead a cross-functional international team in a matrix setup, spanning Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Vendor Management. Shape the product roadmap alongside Engineering and Design — translating customer pain points, compliance complexity, and market gaps into features that set us apart. Drive go-to-market across DACH, Nordics, UKI and beyond — enabling international sales teams to win. Scale our vendor ecosystem and deliver on our "everything from one hand" promise for clients. Define the vision for what the next generation of assignment management looks like globally.
