Your work will directly contribute to advancing AI capabilities in healthcare domains, ensuring models reflect accurate medical knowledge and reasoning. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and annotate images and videos across diverse healthcare domains, including medical specialties, public health, and advanced biomedical topics. • Develop insightful, challenging questions based on visual content, leveraging clinical acumen to ensure high-quality training data for AI models. • Tag each task by category and subcategory to ensure proper routing to corresponding evaluation criteria and model training pathways. • Provide detailed feedback on AI-generated outputs to refine model performance and reliability in healthcare applications. • Collaborate with AI research teams to identify gaps in medical knowledge representation within AI systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Valid healthcare license or certification in a relevant field, such as nursing, medicine, public health, or allied health professions. • Strong clinical expertise in anatomy & physiology, nutrition & dietetics, public health & epidemiology, or related healthcare domains. • Experience in medical imaging analysis, diagnostics, or clinical decision-making is highly preferred. • Ability to interpret complex medical visual data and formulate precise, actionable questions for AI training purposes. • Familiarity with medical terminology, pathology, and evidence-based clinical practices. • No prior experience in AI or machine learning is required — domain knowledge is the primary qualification.
