Key Responsibilities: • Efficiently select and organize grocery products according to established store standards, ensuring optimal product placement and merchandising for customer appeal. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels through regular checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, supporting smooth store operations. • Assess product freshness with special attention to perishable items, promptly removing or reporting expired goods to uphold quality and safety. • Support daily store activities by stocking shelves and maintaining clean, attractive, and well-organized product displays. • Assist customers virtually by providing accurate product information and addressing routine inquiries based on in-store knowledge and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in grocery retail operations, including product selection, merchandising, and inventory management. • Familiarity with grocery store standards, product freshness protocols, and customer service best practices. • Ability to assess and organize products efficiently within a fast-paced retail environment. • Strong attention to detail to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or issues promptly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for virtual customer support and reporting.
