Responsibilities Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning media and entertainment inquiries. Assist customers with subscription services, content access, technical issues, and general inquiries. Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Stay informed about the latest offerings and updates in the media and entertainment sector to provide accurate information to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to help improve service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance user experience. Maintain a customer-first approach to build long-lasting relationships with clients. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the media, entertainment, or telecommunications sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in customer service management software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A genuine passion for media and entertainment, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
