Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients across various platforms including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and general information related to hospitality services. Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and fostering customer loyalty. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance their travel experience. Stay informed about the latest promotions, packages, and services offered by the company. Document all customer interactions accurately to support service quality and compliance. Promote company values and represent the brand positively to all customers. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
