Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and general information concerning the Food & Beverage offerings. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Document all customer interactions precisely and provide regular reports on customer feedback and issues. Support marketing initiatives by gathering and reporting customer insights. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude. Ability to troubleshoot issues and offer tailored solutions to customers. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for food and beverage and a desire to enhance customer experiences.
