Assist customers with inquiries regarding flights, reservations, ticketing, and general travel information. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive travel experience. Collaborate with various internal teams to provide accurate information and effective solutions. Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to assist clients effectively. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for service improvements. Promote loyalty by fostering positive client relationships and understanding customer needs. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. A genuine passion for travel and the aviation sector.
