Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support. Provide information on vehicle specifications, warranty details, and available financing options. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s automotive offerings and industry trends. Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with automotive products and customer service software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A team player with a proactive approach to customer service.
