Your Role Taking Inbound calls Sell cruises packages Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products Customer support for post-booking and booking management Support travel agents with bookings and booking management Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc. Your Qualifications C1 level of German Good English skills (B2) Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage good PC skills fast decision-maker, with positive outlook be available to work flexible hours and days The Offer Competitive base salary and benefits Work fully remote from anywhere in Portugal Private health insurance Great Schedule – Monday to Friday: 08:00h – 18:00h, Saturday and Sunday 08:00h – 17:00h Enrich your CV by working for a major worldwide brand Multicultural Team
