To support their expanding customer base in the DACH region, we are now looking for a German-speaking Freelance Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. This is a great opportunity for independent professionals with a passion for customer service and sustainability to contribute to a mission-driven, international tech company. As a Freelance Customer Support Specialist, you will help guide customers through their e-bike purchase journey and ensure an excellent after-sales experience. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll support users via multiple channels while maintaining top-notch service quality. Your Role Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls Helping customers find the best e-bike for their needs, preferences, and budget Providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations Offering updates on delivery status and processing after-sales concerns (warranty, missing parts, etc.) Escalating and coordinating resolutions with internal teams when needed Suggesting improvements to workflows and contributing to customer success resources Maintaining a high standard of communication and efficiency across all touchpoints Your Qualifications Must be able to invoice via your own company or as a registered freelancer under a valid business structure (B2B cooperation required) Native or fluent German speaker with excellent writing and speaking skills + B2 English Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles Independent and well-organized, with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively Enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused Strong tech affinity and interest in e-mobility is welcome The Offer Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, with flexible scheduling Collaborate with an international team committed to sustainability and innovation Gain autonomy and variety while supporting a fast-growing company Training, product knowledge, and continuous support provided Competitive freelance compensation
