Candidate Profile We are looking for motivated and service-oriented professionals who possess: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2) Good command of English (minimum B2) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service The ability to thrive in a target-driven and team-oriented environment Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Deliver professional and personalized support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels while accurately documenting all interactions within internal systems. Customer Experience Excellence Ensure a seamless customer journey by proactively managing requests, providing timely follow-ups, and maintaining high satisfaction standards. Post-Sales Support Assist customers with order-related matters including deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, and refund processes. Commercial Support Contribute to inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs, promoting suitable products and services, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. Performance & Quality Consistently achieve operational KPIs and quarterly performance objectives while maintaining exceptional service quality standards. Order & CRM Management Process customer requests and manage order-related information with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with company procedures and compliance standards.
