As we continue expanding our in-house operations, we're looking for a skilled GEO / SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional SEO and the evolving search landscape, including AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. You'll be responsible for improving website visibility, user experience, and search performance across both search engines and AI-driven platforms. What You'll Do Perform technical and on-page SEO audits Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content structure Improve internal linking and website architecture Identify and resolve technical SEO issues Optimize pages for Google Search and AI search platforms (GEO) Implement schema markup and structured data where appropriate Optimize images and other on-page elements Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis Publish and optimize content created by the content team Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements Collaborate with writers and developers to execute SEO initiatives What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal English communication skills 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency environment Solid understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO best practices Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms Understanding of AI search optimization (GEO), entity-based SEO, and semantic search concepts Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compensation $500 USD per month for the first 30 days, $550 USD per month after 60 days, $600 USD per month after 90-day probation period.
