This role will play a key part in building, maintaining, and improving the company's technology platform while supporting continued growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of technical execution, and can work independently with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and making a direct impact on a growing business. Key Responsibilities Lead full stack software development initiatives across the platform. Design, build, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications and internal systems. Develop and support both front-end and back-end functionality. Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently. Improve system performance, reliability, security, and user experience. Support integrations, APIs, databases, and platform enhancements. Contribute to product improvements based on client feedback and operational needs. Maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Communicate project progress, timelines, and potential blockers effectively. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role. Strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development. Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, and software engineering best practices. Ability to independently manage projects from planning through deployment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience within HealthTech, SaaS, AI, or other technology-driven businesses. Experience supporting software products across multiple countries or regions. Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams. Previous experience in a technical lead or ownership-focused role. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and modern deployment workflows.
