We’re a fast-growing Australian AI company trusted by builders, consultants, and agencies to deliver measurable ROI through workflow automation, voice agents, and knowledge-management tools. We’re expanding our offshore creative-tech team — and we’re looking for a Website & Funnel Design Specialist who combines technical development skills, marketing communication, and AI-driven creativity to build digital assets that convert. The Role This is a remote, high-performance role for a designer-developer hybrid who understands business outcomes. You’ll own the digital experience — building, maintaining, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels that speak to enterprise audiences. This is an asset-creation based role. Not a content-creation based role. Key Responsibilities Design & Development Design, build, and maintain company and client websites (Next.js, React, or Webflow) Develop and optimise conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns, events, and product launches Ensure all pages are fully responsive, fast, and SEO-ready Handle web hosting, integrations, and analytics setup Marketing & Funnel Execution Create and automate email marketing campaigns (EDMs) via HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign Build funnel workflows, lead forms, and CRM integrations Implement tracking, retargeting, and analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights) Work closely with the marketing team to test and improve conversion rates Branding & Creative Assets Design and maintain brand identity assets — icons, visuals, banners, and layouts Create marketing materials and campaign assets for both internal and client-facing projects Use AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT, etc.) for fast-turnaround content Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and mediums ​ Requirements Core Skillset (Must-Have) Development & Technical Execution Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript Experience with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS Solid understanding of UI/UX principles , layout rhythm, and spatial design Capable of working with enterprise-grade systems and delivery standards Marketing & Communication Strong grasp of marketing funnels, storytelling, and conversion psychology Ability to write or refine content structure (headlines, CTAs, visuals) that communicates clearly Experience building digital assets for mid-to-large corporations ($50M–$100M+ turnover) Data-driven mindset — understands ROI, A/B testing, and performance metrics Design & UX Proficient in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component systems) Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards Can translate brand strategy into visual systems and layouts that perform Top skill in Visual design, Interaction design, Information architecture, brand asset creation Bonus Skills (Nice to Have.
