Role:Frontend Architect (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout : $30–$90/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-focused) to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize frontend solutions while collaborating with backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Your contributions will directly shape how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. This work supports AI models across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering, enabling meaningful human expertise to power AI development. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize robust frontend solutions using React, HTML, and CSS to meet performance and usability standards. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences and system integration. • Contribute to backend systems using Node.js, with optional involvement in Python, Java, or .NET based on project requirements. • Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability across the full stack. • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions within a distributed team environment. • Translate complex business needs and domain-specific requirements into technical implementation plans. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS with demonstrated experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces. • Experience developing backend services using Node.js and familiarity with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Comfort working in a remote, distributed team environment with asynchronous communication practices. • Prior experience in full-stack development or frontend engineering with exposure to backend systems is preferred. • No prior experience in AI is required — domain expertise and technical skill are the primary considerations.
