Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate guidance regarding itineraries, travel regulations, baggage policies, and refund procedures
• Support customers with payment-related questions, account issues, and loyalty program inquiries
• Identify urgent or sensitive travel situations, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient customer support

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
