About Lingotec Lingotec makes language barriers disappear — in seconds. We provide rapid-access language support so that healthcare providers, patients, and institutions can communicate clearly across linguistic and cultural lines. As demand for equitable healthcare communication grows across Canada, we're looking for someone to help bring Lingotec's services to the hospitals, health systems, and regional health authorities that need them most. The role This is a remote, contract role based in Montréal. You'll own a portfolio of existing healthcare clients — keeping them happy, growing their usage, and making sure service delivery is smooth. But the bigger opportunity is in expansion: identifying and pursuing new hospital systems and health authorities across Canada, building relationships from scratch, and closing deals that bring Lingotec's language services to new communities. Most of your work happens remotely, but this role does involve periodic in-person visits — to client hospitals, prospect sites, and industry events across Canada. You'll need to be comfortable in clinical and administrative environments and represent Lingotec credibly in both official languages. Day-to-day Manage and grow existing accounts — regular check-ins, QBRs, issue resolution, expansion opportunities Prospect and develop new hospital, health system, and health authority clients across Canada Prepare proposals, navigate procurement cycles, and close contracts Work closely with project management, linguists, and support teams to ensure delivery quality Track account health, pipeline and performance Attend relevant healthcare industry events and on-site client visits as needed What we're looking for Full professional fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) Proven account management or sales experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or professional services Experience selling into or working with hospitals, health authorities, or large institutional clients is a strong asset Comfortable managing a complex pipeline independently — from prospecting to close Strong communicator with the credibility to engage clinical administrators, procurement teams, and C-suite stakeholders Willingness and ability to travel within Canada for client visits and events Fluency with digital collaboration tools Background in language services, healthcare technology, or related fields is a plus
