Your Mission

You Will
- Engage with French -speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with a sales and retention mindset
- Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure customer loyalty
- Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate
- Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities
- Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue
- Capture insights and feedback to improve retention strategies
- Fluent French and English (C1/C2)
- Experience in customer service, retention, or sales (strong plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment
Monthly Package:
- Base Salary: €920
- Performance Bonus (up to €360)
- Language Allowance (German + English): €500
- Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (~€214/month)
- Assiduity Bonus: €110
- Flex Work Allowance: €60
- 100% remote role within Portugal
- Permanent contract after 6 months
