Position Overview
Manages freight routing, load assignments, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Salt Lake City candidates are prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment activity
Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays
Maintain dispatch logs and operational records
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
