We are currently looking for a Mobile Cross-Platform CI/CD Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize our health tech client's mobile development infrastructure. This role focuses on creating robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines for cross-platform mobile applications while ensuring high-quality releases across iOS and Android platforms.

• Duration: Until the end of the year (with a strong possibility for an extension)
• Allocation: 100%
• Location: Mostly remote (occasional visits to our Helsinki or Oulu offices are a plus)

Your responsibilities; your main goal is to keep our mobile release trains moving fast and securely. You will:

• Optimize pipelines: Maintain and improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, focusing on caching, parallelization, and faster build/test times.
• Automate & standardize: Create reusable GitHub Actions templates and automate store publishing (App Store & Google Play).
• Manage infrastructure: Maintain cross-platform build environments (Ubuntu & macOS), including certificates and provisioning profiles.
• Collaborate on quality: Work with QA to set up automated testing on real devices/simulators and improve security scanning gates.
• Bonus challenge: If you’re up for it, you can help design comprehensive cross-platform integration testing strategies.

Your background & skills; we are looking for a self-motivated problem solver who has:

• Experience: 3+ years in Software Engineering or DevOps, with a strong focus on mobile platforms and high-velocity teams.
• Core skills: At least 1+ years of solid experience with GitHub Actions and/or Gradle.
• Platform knowledge: Good understanding of iOS & Android build ecosystems (Xcode, Android Studio, Fastlane, Tuist).
• Tech & scripting: Proficiency in Docker, Bash/Python, and managing macOS/Ubuntu environments.
• Ideally also: Experience with pipeline monitoring and dashboards (e.g., Grafana, DataDog), a background in mobile development (iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter), and knowledge of mobile security best practices.
