Job Summary We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and engaging Freelance Subject Matter Experts specialising in Information Technology courses to create high-quality certification training content. This role involves delivering expert-led content through engaging video tutorials and live sessions, designed to enhance learners' understanding of complex IT concepts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. This is not a one-time payment gig. You will earn a percentage of every active subscription that includes your course for as long as the subscriber remains on the platform. Think of it as royalty-based, recurring income that grows as our learner base grows. Duties Develop structured training content aligned with industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc.) Deliver and record engaging video tutorials and live instruction sessions, ensuring clarity and learner engagement (from your own setup or with our support). Collaborate with programme coordinators to update course materials based on feedback and technological advancements. Break down complex topics into engaging, easy-to-follow video lessons (typically 20–50 hours of content per course). Provide supplementary materials (quizzes, handouts, practice exams) – optional but valued. Work with our quality assurance team to ensure content meets industry standards. Flexible Content Creation Options Self-Produced: Record and deliver your own training videos using your preferred setup Full Production Support: If you prefer to focus on content only, our team can handle scriptwriting, video production, editing, and post-production. We know not every expert is a video producer. If you are unable to record/edit videos yourself, we will handle the entire production process: We write the screenplay / script based on your expertise. We arrange professional voice-over or on-camera recording (depending on your preference). We handle video editing, graphics, captions, and final publishing. Your only job is to provide the knowledge and review the final product for accuracy. Experience Proven expertise in Information Technology, with a strong background in relevant technical areas. Prior experience in teaching, training, or delivering online courses is highly desirable. Demonstrable presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse audiences. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS, ITIL, CISSP, etc.) preferred Ability to work independently as a freelancer, managing schedules efficiently while delivering high-quality content on time.
