Location: Singapore-based (remote/onsite hybrid) Working Hours: Approx. 3-4 hours per day, with core overlap during 10 am- 6 pm SGT (or as negotiated) Contract Type: Freelance (contract basis) Audience Focus: Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia (Bahasa preferred) KPI Targets: Produce at least 20 short-form social media videos per month; views aggregated from SG/MY/ID markets. Rate: 11 SGD / hr Role Overview You will convert articles, archival footage and UGC into compelling short-form videos tailored for social platforms. Youβll publish, monitor and optimize the videos to hit monthly volume and view targets, and provide analytics insights. Being Singapore-based, youβll also attend occasional media junkets or store launches to capture onsite content. Key Responsibilities Produce a minimum of 20 videos/month in line with the content calendar. Convert existing articles and legacy footage into engaging videos; integrate UGC where appropriate. Publish videos across social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) for SG/MY/ID audiences. Monitor performance daily; deliver weekly reports on views, engagement, watch-time, regional breakdowns, and provide actionable insights. Optimize videos for reach and engagement (target view-counts, regional relevance, Bahasa or English as needed). Be available for onsite content capture at media junkets/store openings in Singapore as required. Maintain an organized asset library of footage, masters and templates. Work collaboratively during core overlap hours and self-manage for the remainder of your freelance hours. Requirements Proven experience producing short-form social media video content (preferably for SG/MY/ID markets). Skilled in video editing and production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut). Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting video metrics (views, engagement, retention) and producing insights. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia a bonus! Based in Singapore and available for occasional onsite events. Able to commit approximately 3-4 hours/day on weekdays. Strong portfolio of previous work showing conversions of articles/footage/UGC into high-engagement videos. Self-motivated, organized and able to deliver to tight volumes. Success Metrics / KPIs Minimum 20 videos delivered per month. Views aggregated from SG, MY and ID markets (view-target to be agreed). Weekly performance reporting delivered on time with actionable insights. Attendance at required onsite events when scheduled. Asset library and workflow maintained with minimal supervision. Contract & Compensation Freelance contract, initial term [e.g., 6 months] with possibility of renewal based on performance. Compensation: Negotiable (retainer or per-video rate) aligned with output and metrics. Freelancer to use its own editing setup and ensure reliable internet access. Contract renewal contingent on output, quality and KPI achievement.
