The Role

We are looking for a freelance Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth strategy by generating qualified opportunities and helping us expand our client portfolio.

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in developing relationships with companies interested in corporate language training and multilingual communication services.

This is a flexible, part-time remote position ideal for someone who enjoys business development, networking and consultative sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and research potential client companies.
• Build and maintain prospect databases.
• Identify key decision-makers within HR, Learning & Development, Procurement, Operations and Management departments.
• Research industries, market trends and business opportunities.

Outreach & Relationship Building

• Initiate contact through LinkedIn, email and other professional channels.
• Execute outreach and follow-up campaigns.
• Build relationships with prospects and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule meetings for the founder and management team.

CRM & Sales Support

• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities.
• Update and manage CRM data.
• Track outreach performance and key metrics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and workflows.

QualificationsRequired

• Previous experience in business development, lead generation, sales development, recruitment, customer success or similar roles.
• Native or near-native Spanish.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and research abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Professional and consultative approach to sales.
• Experience selling B2B services.

Highly Valued

• Experience in corporate training, HR, consulting or professional services.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Italian, French, German or Portuguese.
• Previous experience working in multilingual or international environments.
