With 150 employees across 7 commercial entities — France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Russia, Southeast Asia, Brazil and the United States — and 4 production sites in France, the United States, China and Vietnam, Extruflex is currently experiencing strong international growth.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative for Sub-Saharan Africa, excluding South Africa. This is a newly created role with the objective of building our commercial presence, developing local market knowledge, identifying distribution partners and generating new business across the region.
The Role
This is a business development and territory-building role. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and developing markets where Extruflex currently has limited presence.
The role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently across different African business environments. The objective is to develop long-term relationships with distributors, understand local market dynamics, identify major players and create sustainable commercial opportunities.
This position is home-based / remote, with regular and focused travel within the region when commercially relevant.
