About The Role We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in CleverTap to support us in building and optimizing user journeys, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing. This role requires someone who can go beyond strategy and execute directly within CleverTap , setting up structured, data-driven engagement flows. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement) Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels: Push Notifications In-App Messaging Email / WhatsApp (if applicable) Define and build user segments, cohorts, and behavioral triggers Collaborate with the product team to align event tracking and user flows Optimize campaign performance through: A/B testing Funnel analysis Iterative experimentation Improve key metrics such as activation, engagement, and retention Requirements Proven hands-on experience with CleverTap (mandatory) Strong understanding of user lifecycle marketing and retention strategies Experience working with consumer mobile apps Ability to independently manage execution and deliver outcomes Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making Good to Have Experience in EdTech or similar user segments (Tier 2/3 audience) Familiarity with early-stage startups (0 → 1 journey setup) Exposure to gamified or engagement-driven products Engagement Details Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: Upto 1 months (extendable based on performance) Mode: Remote Time Commitment: Part-time (flexible, outcome-driven) Skills: campaigns,early-stage startups,product marketing,clevertap
