Freelance CIAM Engineer (Auth0 / Okta) – Remote Contract Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Freelance CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management) Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise identity solutions for a global client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
• Configure and manage Auth0 tenant environments, applications, connections, rules, actions, and authentication flows.
• Work extensively with Okta for identity federation, SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Integrate applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and JWT.
• Configure and monitor authentication and security events using Splunk.
• Automate deployment and CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Manage privileged access integrations with CyberArk.
• Deploy and support identity-related services on AWS.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to implement secure identity solutions.

Experience:

• In IAM/CIAM
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 and Okta in production environments
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale identity platforms
