Requirements Highly responsive, reliable, and able to work under pressure - this is a fast reaction operational role. Strong experience using Excel or Google Sheets to manipulate and interpret datasets. Intermediate SQL skills and confidence in querying large datasets. Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns, even under tight time constraints. Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate findings clearly and concisely. Strong curiosity and a desire to uncover unusual or anomalous behaviour. Technically minded, with the ability to understand the complexities of OfferWall systems and integrations. Nice to Have A passion for gaming or familiarity with mobile gaming trends. Experience with OfferWall environments or the broader AdTech ecosystem. Background in fraud operations or similar roles. What you’ll do Monitor traffic patterns and performance data to detect inconsistencies and suspicious behaviours. Investigate automated fraud alerts, identify root causes, and take appropriate actions promptly. Use SQL to query internal data sources and validate suspected anomalies or revenue spikes. Translate findings into clear explanations and communicate key insights and actions to stakeholders. Support Fraud Analysts by performing intermediate-level data investigations and assisting with deeper analysis when required. Follow structured SOPs to ensure all investigations are consistent, reliable, and fully documented. Contribute to ongoing improvements of fraud prevention processes, tools, and product features.
