Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Franchisee at The Perfume Co. Africa. As a Franchisee, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage product distribution, and ensure compliance with the company's standards and brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for developing local marketing strategies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve building relationships with customers, suppliers, and the broader community.
