What you'll do: Own full-cycle sales: outbound prospecting, running demos, negotiating, and closing Build sales processes, messaging, and playbooks that others will follow Collaborate directly with founders on pitch iterations, pricing, ICP strategy Experiment with outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, video DMs; all fair game) Stay close to the customer: gather feedback, influence product roadmap Set up and manage CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) Attend key events, webinars, and drive partnerships where needed This isn’t a sales job, it’s a startup founder in a revenue seat.
