About River AI
Our Mission: Redefine how modern brands grow in the era of AI.
Founded in 2025 in Switzerland & Spain by a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur and an ex-Silicon Valley AI engineer, River is building AI-native growth infrastructure for modern businesses.
There's a massive gap between what AI can already do. Think of autonomous agents, intelligent orchestration, self-improving systems and how most companies still operate: fragmented tools, manual workflows, reactive decisions.
River closes that gap.
At the moment, we're a team of five with our first paying customers already live in a high-ticket niche (aesthetic medicine & plastic surgery).
Now we're looking for the person who'll take River from invisible to impossible to ignore.
Your Opportunity
- You won't be joining a marketing department.
- You will help build it.
- You will work directly with experienced founders to shape how River is perceived by customers, investors, and the market.
-> You'll own the story, the content, the launch, and the first layer of brand distribution.

What You'll Do (80% Hands on / 20% Strategic)
- Build River's social presence from the ground up (focus on Instagram)
- Create modern, high-quality content across Instagram and LinkedIn (and maybe TikTok)
- Produce reels, videos, visuals, founder content and behind-the-scenes stories
- Turn customer successes into case studies and testimonials
- Help launch River publicly and establish credibility in the market
- Build relationships with potential clients and industry leaders (likes, follows, comments, ...)
- Test and optimize paid campaigns (MetaAds)
- Track performance and report on key growth metrics
- Help shape River's website, positioning and messaging
- Bring ideas, challenge assumptions and push us forward :)
Your Profile
- Marketing is genuinely your passion
- You are hands-on, you are a do-er personality
- You have exceptional taste in content and design
- Your work is your CV for us, not your university degree
- You are AI-native and actively use modern tools
- You care about outcomes, not activity
- You can show content, brands or communities you've helped grow
- You're proactive, entrepreneurial and highly self-driven
- You thrive in fast-moving environments with little structure
- You enjoy being close to founders and building from zero
- You're fluent in Spanish and English (German, French or Italian is a plus)
Your Stack
Experienced (or eager to adapt) with:
Claude, Claude Design, ChatGPT, Canva (or/and Adobe x Figma), CapCut (or similar), Lovable, Framer (or similar), Relume, AI Video Tools, Nano Banana (or similar), Notion, Meta Ads and modern AI content workflows.
