About the Role As the first hire in Spain, you will launch Intric in Spain, and own the full market entry strategy. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally. This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to government and enterprise clients. What You’ll Do Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption Who You Are High-achieving individual with competitive experience or early-stage startup success Possess an entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset You can be a recent graduate, or worked a few years within sales, founding your own company, or other exceptional achievements.
