Founding CFO (fractional → full-time) — Development & Project Finance | Ukraine Reconstruction

CEIC Partners Group connects US prime contractors with regional execution capacity for Ukraine reconstruction across Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Moldova, and Hungary. We're hiring our founding CFO to build and own the financing engine.

WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU'D OWN

- The financing architecture — DFC/URIF, EXIMBANKA SR, EBRD, and the EU Ukraine Facility.

- The financial model and a consolidated multi-entity, multi-currency accounting structure (USD, EUR, RON, PLN, HUF and others).

- Fundraise readiness — model, data room, cap table, investor / IFI reporting.

- The financial side of FOCI / SF 328 on US-government-funded work.

WHAT WE NEED

Must have:

- Development- or project-finance background — you've structured or closed deals with DFC, EBRD, IFC, EU instruments, or comparable institutions.

- Multi-entity, multi-currency accounting experience.

- Comfort building pre-revenue, from a blank page.

Nice to have:

- CEE / Ukraine / frontier-market exposure.

- US federal-contracting finance familiarity (FOCI, FAR/DFARS).

- US-person status, for US-government-funded work.
