Founding Behavior Health Program Director

Launch a New Mental Health Program in the US Complete Homecare | US (Hybrid / Remote) Complete Homecare is launching a new outpatient mental health program across the US and is seeking a Founding Behavioral Health Program Directors to build and launch the program from scratch. This is a startup leadership role for a licensed clinician who wants the opportunity to design and build a new behavioral health program. You will work with the leadership team of an established multi-state healthcare organization, but you will lead the development and launch of the your state's program. What You Will Build You will lead the creation of a new outpatient mental health program, including: Assisting with state licensing and regulatory approvals Developing clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols Hiring and supervising licensed therapists Establishing Medicaid and commercial payer compliance Building the clinical team and program structure Launching the clinic and overseeing operations You will maintain a limited clinical caseload while directing the program. Qualifications Active state LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (must be licensed in the state you wish to work in) 3+ years clinical experience 2+ years supervisory experience Experience with behavioral health program development or Medicaid compliance preferred Candidates interested in building and launching a new mental health program are strongly encouraged to apply.
