Founder's Right Hand Founder's Right Hand VALSEA · Singapore About the Role This is not a coordination role. It is not a scheduling role. It is not a "support" role in the traditional sense. You will operate as an extension of the CEO — thinking ahead, closing loops, and making sure the right things happen without being asked twice. You will be in the room for investor conversations, partnership meetings, and product decisions. You will know things before most people in the company do. This role exists because the CEO needs to move faster than one person can move alone. Your job is to make that possible. What You Will Do Own the CEO's operational rhythm — calendar, priorities, follow-ups and communications Prepare and manage materials for investor meetings, client presentations and partnership conversations Track open threads across the business and chase closure without waiting to be reminded Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO with the right tone for every context Research, synthesise and brief the CEO on anything she needs to walk into a room ready Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to keep things moving Identify gaps before they become problems and act on them What You Actually Are You default to doing. You hear a problem and start solving, not asking for permission or more context than you need. You can hold 10 open threads simultaneously and know which one matters most right now. You write tight. You can adapt tone from cold outreach to partner negotiation to investor update without being told how. You close loops. If something was supposed to happen, you chase it. You don't wait for the founder to remember. You understand pre-revenue dynamics. Equity matters. Runway matters. Every relationship is leverage. You understand the professional and cultural context of operating across Singapore, Vietnam and the broader region. Non-Negotiables Strong written English — business, investor and partnership register Fresh grad or up to 2 years of experience — diploma or degree holder Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace and task management tools Comfortable with async-first, high-autonomy work Based in Singapore or able to operate on SGT/ICT (GMT+7/8) Available for periodic in-person presence in Singapore or HCMC Strong Plus Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, EdTech or speech/AI infrastructure Experience supporting a solo founder or founding team Familiarity with Singapore grants (Startup SG, EDG, MRA) or PDPA compliance Ability to read and process Vietnamese-language business documents This Role Is Wrong For You If... You need daily direction to know what to work on You treat "waiting for a reply" as a complete task You are uncomfortable with ambiguity, pivots or changing priorities You optimise for comfort over contribution You want a clearly bounded job description that does not change What You'll Get SGD 1,500–2,220/ mo Adjusted for experience and scope.
