Footwear Designer

We are building a next-generation footwear brand focused on personalized comfort, performance, and innovative manufacturing technologies. Our vision is to create footwear that is tailored to individual needs, including foot shape, lifestyle, activity level, comfort requirements, and future integration with advanced manufacturing methods.

We are looking for a passionate Footwear Product Designer who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Design modern footwear concepts, including slippers, sandals, casual shoes, and performance footwear.
• Create sketches, mood boards, concept renders, and product development ideas.
• Work closely with the founder to transform ideas into commercially viable products.
• Research footwear trends, materials, ergonomics, and user experience.
• Contribute to product strategy, branding direction, and future product roadmaps.
• Help develop a unique design language for the brand.

Who We're Looking For

• Background in Product Design, Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Strong creativity and ability to think beyond conventional footwear.
• Experience with design software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, Blender, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
• Passion for startups, innovation, and building products from scratch.
• Someone who believes in the vision and long-term potential of the company.
• Singapore-based candidates are preferred for easier collaboration.

Compensation

As an early-stage startup, we are open to flexible arrangements:
