Food Delivery Platform Tester | $30/hr Remote

Position: Food Delivery App User Tester Type: Contract Compensation: $10 - $30/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Leverage an active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios. Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms. Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations. Document thought processes and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English. Collaborate remotely with the customer s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives. Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms. Requirements Be active users of food delivery apps with documented order history and not be restaurant owners or drivers. Have strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems. Be able to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance. Possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail. Be proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
