Five9 Outbound Consultant

Remote World is hiring a Five9 Outbound Consultant for a UK-based contact centre operation. You'll be working on the Five9 cloud platform, making outbound calls to prospects and customers on behalf of a growing UK business — all from your home in South Africa. This role is specifically for candidates with hands-on Five9 experience. If you know the platform well and are confident on outbound calls, this is a great opportunity for a stable, well-paying remote position. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers using the Five9 dialler platform Follow call scripts and guides while adapting naturally to each conversation Qualify leads, gather information, and book follow-up appointments or escalate where needed Accurately log call outcomes and notes in the CRM after each interaction Meet daily call volume and conversion targets set by the UK team What You'll Need Proven experience using the Five9 platform in an outbound role Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, clear phone manner Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging Resilience and a positive attitude — comfortable with high call volumes Reliable fibre internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace What's on Offer Salary: R18,000 per month Full-time, permanent remote position Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) Equipment provided 20 days paid annual leave We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
