Role Overview The Operations Assistant ensures the smooth execution of daily operations. They work in close collaboration within the Onchain Ops team and management to guarantee the accuracy and punctuality of price updates, the processing of redemption requests, and help on various tasks. Key Responsibilities Price Management (Price Updates) Calculate and help verify daily price updates for tokenized products. Monitor price updates status and help flagging late price updates. Redemption Processing Initiate redemption requests and monitor redemption status to help flagging late redemptions. Documentation & Reporting Contribute to updating dashboards and tracking files (Google sheet). Updating the transparency section of the website using Retool. Operational Support Monitor and report technical incidents (e.g., back-office connection issues). Qualifications Required Rigor, organization, and attention to detail: Handled data must be 100% accurate. Security & Risk Awareness: Must be trained in and strictly adhere to cybersecurity best practices, including: Identifying and avoiding phishing and social engineering attempts. Maintaining high standards for password management and 2FA protocols. Understanding the security implications of handling sensitive financial and on-chain data. Ability to work autonomously and manage recurring daily tasks. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Excel). Basic understanding of tokenized financial products (a plus). Professional English (written and spoken) is required.
