Your Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding support to Finnish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums. Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction. Collect and analyze player feedback to inform improvements in our gaming services and products. Maintain accurate records of player interactions in our support systems. Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for player support. Fluency in Finnish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of the latest gaming trends and communities. Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
