Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality audio samples in Finnish for AI training and evaluation purposes.
• Transcribe and annotate Finnish speech data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assess, review, and validate linguistic data for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the customer's team to refine AI workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Leverage your expertise to provide feedback on the audio collection and annotation process.
• Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols during all stages of work.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI language training datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native Finnish speaker with superior command of spoken and written Finnish.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, especially in quality evaluation of linguistic data.
• Experience or familiarity with audio transcription, annotation, and speech data collection.
• Understanding of AI workflows or processes related to data collection and evaluation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to produce clear, high-quality audio recordings in Finnish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in audio engineering, voice acting, podcasting, music, or similar fields.
• Prior experience working with AI training projects or linguistic data annotation.
• Track record of collaborating remotely with international teams.
