Daily responsibilities: Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, and tickets) from restaurant partners and customers Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and platform use Deliver empathetic and professional support across all service channels Follow quality and response guidelines to ensure consistent service Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up Support ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by the project
