Financial Controller Step into a global finance role overseeing multi-entity operations across the world within one of the world’s leading crypto trading firms. At Gravity Team, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, we are on a mission to balance supply and demand across crypto markets worldwide. Join a fast-moving team and help us build structured, compliant, and efficient financial processes across multiple countries. YOU ARE We are looking for a Financial Controller who can take ownership of the day to day finance work across our group. You will sit close to the P&L team, run the AP and AR functions across entities, and help us get a clearer picture of where our money is going through proper cost analysis and allocation. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Running controller activities across our group of entities, including consolidated reporting and intercompany flows. Owning accounts payable and accounts receivable end to end across all group entities. Making sure invoices go out and get paid on time, and that vendor payments are clean and well documented. Putting together monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports at both entity and group level. Working with the P&L team on variance analysis and giving the numbers context, so the team understands what is actually moving. Doing deep dive expense and cost analysis to spot trends, leakages and areas where we can be more efficient. Setting up and maintaining cost allocation across entities, business lines and projects so each part of the business sees its true cost. Supporting month end and year end close. Helping with audits, tax filings and external advisor coordination. Looking for ways to clean up our processes and reporting as we go. WHAT WE EXPECT A degree in Finance, Accounting or something similar. Some exposure to CPA, ACCA or CA is a plus but not a must. Around 1–3 years of experience in a controller, financial control or business analyst role. Experience in companies with multiple legal entities or international operations is considered a strong advantage. Real experience managing AP and AR functions inside a group structure, not just doing one off entries. Solid grasp of financial reporting and P&L analysis. Strong Excel skills. Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus, but not a requirement. Good eye for detail and the kind of person who notices when something does not add up. Comfortable working independently in a fast moving environment without a lot of hand holding.
