Financial Analyst – DISA BCFMA This is a hybrid position; however, applicant must be within 50-mile commuting distance of Chambersburg, PA. Monthly trips on-site may be required. Overview : Financial Analyst supporting the accurate billing, account reconciliation, funds receipt and allocation, as well as the execution of service level documents for a DoD agency and their Mission Partners. Applicant must have an Active Secret Security Clearance and/or be able to secure an Interim Secret clearance. Essential Job Functions : Establish and maintain a productive, professional working rapport with assigned DISA mission partners Monitor and maintain the funding levels and accurate billing of assigned Mission Partner accounts Scrutinize monthly billing, identify discrepancies, and seek timely resolution of issues by coordinating with Mission Partners and DISA internal stakeholders Support new project efforts and establish billing structures for the implementation of workload while verifying the accuracy of funding documents Assist in the creation of financial planning estimates and present financial data to the Mission Partner(s) for current and past years Coordinate with other organizations to facilitate fiscal year end close-out and new fiscal year start-up Maintain a thorough understanding of DISA computing and telecommunications portfolios and updates to the catalog of services available to mission partners Process the decommissioning of workload as it relates to the accounting lifecycle Skills : Ability to work proactively with little supervision and collaborate effectively with colleagues located at geographically separate/remote locations A comprehensive knowledge of Excel and a working knowledge of Microsoft teams for collaboration Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to those at all levels of an organization Ability to work in a work environment where there are competing priorities and personal organization is vital Required Clearance: Active DoD Secret enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M / F / D / V
