Finance & Operations Manager

🧩 Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online ; ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly close. Manage AR/AP, journal entries, and bank reconciliations . Prepare monthly reports on revenue, margin, and profit by channel (Retail, D2C, B2B). Conduct inventory accounting , including landed cost, duty, and freight allocation. Maintain the Pricing Master Sheet (MSRP, wholesale, and MAP tiers). Lead the 12-month rolling forecast, budgeting, and cash flow projections. Automate dashboards between QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets. Partner with Operations & Logistics on freight planning and inventory valuation.
