Role Description

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our client’s team. If you’re commercially minded, detail-focused and confident owning FP&A cycles alongside accounting and compliance, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll lead forecasting and budgeting, build robust operating models, support a reliable monthly close, and translate performance into clear narrative reporting. This position offers strong ownership and growth in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Variance Analysis – Run monthly forecasts across revenue, margin, opex and cash, with clear variance insights.
• Budgeting & Operating Models – Own annual budgets and re-forecasts; build driver-based models for ARR, headcount, COGS and services.
• Board-Ready Reporting – Produce KPIs, runway, burn and performance packs with clear assumptions and narrative.
• Close & Management Accounts (KSA) – Partner with accountants to deliver accurate monthly close and management accounts.
• Tax & Compliance Calendar – Coordinate KSA VAT/WHT compliance and maintain a tracked, evidenced filings calendar.
• Cash & Working Capital – Own 13-week cash flow, scenario planning and payment prioritisation.
• Controls & Finance Ops – Improve approvals, spend controls and process documentation; support tooling and workflow upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications

• FP&A Ownership – 6–10+ years finance experience with significant forecasting, budgeting and planning ownership.
• Financial Modelling – Proven experience building operating models used for monthly planning and annual budgets.
• Accounting Fundamentals – Strong management accounting, accruals, deferred revenue and close process competence.
• Multi-Entity Finance – Ability to operate across entities and currencies, including intercompany basics.
• Advanced Sheets Skills – Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with structured modelling discipline.

Bonus Qualifications

• UK/US Exposure – Exposure to UK accounting/tax and/or US finance operations (US GAAP familiarity helpful).
• Fundraising Support – Experience supporting fundraising processes and board or investor reporting.
• BI & Data Tooling – Experience with BI tools and data pipelines, ideally partnering with RevOps.
