You will be working for our client, a US-based AI technology company that is building specialized AI agents designed to handle complex, domain-specific work. Focused on financial applications, they develop simulation environments that train agents to perform real-world tasks like financial modeling, LBO analysis, and DCF modeling. They work with frontier AI labs and enterprise clients to push the boundaries of what AI can do in professional settings.

In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Evaluate AI agent outputs across realistic financial scenarios involving credit analysis, debt structuring, risk assessment, private equity, quant finance, or asset-based lending and securities.
• Compare competing agent responses and provide written reasoning on which is more accurate, appropriate, and technically sound.
• Flag errors, including incorrect calculations, hallucinated data, missed context, and inappropriate recommendations.
• Apply genuine professional judgment to assess whether an agent handled ambiguity, pushed back correctly, or surfaced the right insights for the scenario.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of evaluation benchmarks by providing detailed, grounded feedback on agent performance.

Skills you have 🚀

• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in credit, debt capital markets, private equity, risk modeling, quant finance, structured finance, asset-backed securities, or asset-based lending.
• Deep working knowledge of your domain — you can tell immediately when an analysis is wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for the context.
• Strong written English — you will write 2 to 4 sentence evaluations explaining your reasoning for each task.
• High attention to detail and a very high bar for technical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully async remote environment.

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

• Experience reviewing or stress-testing financial work produced by others (junior analysts, model audits, peer review).
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• CFA, FRM, CPA, or similar certification.
• Familiarity with programming or data tools applied to financial analysis.
• Prior exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or data labeling workflows.
