Finance Content Writer (Volunteer)

Role Description This is a remote, part-time volunteer role for a Finance Content Writer at Kosher Leads. In this role, you will research finance-related topics and create clear, engaging content such as blog posts, website copy, content tailored to our audiences. You will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with broader digital strategies, SEO goals, and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include outlining and drafting content, revising based on feedback, optimizing copy for search and readability, and maintaining a consistent tone and style. You may also help generate content ideas, support content calendars, and contribute to thought leadership pieces within finance and fintech domains.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and business understanding, with the ability to explain financial concepts (e.g., Ngx stocks, investing, budgeting, credit, business finance, fintech) in a clear, accessible way.
• Proven writing skills in English, with experience in blog writing, website copy, or educational content, ideally in finance or related fields.
• Research skills to gather accurate information from credible sources and translate complex data into user-friendly content.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles, including keyword usage, on-page optimization, and content formatting for web.
• Comfort working with remote teams, using collaboration tools, and managing deadlines in a part-time, volunteer capacity.
• Attention to detail, including grammar, style consistency, and fact-checking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience (formal degree not mandatory).
• Experience or interest in IT, SaaS, or digital products is a plus.
